Be Prepared.
That’s the Boy Scout motto, isn’t it?
I’m excited to write the first post for this website. Preparedness became a passion of mine sometime in the 1980’s. As a young mother I learned the meaning of making do or doing without. Later, I realized a need for organizing my personal records so that my family would know what to do in the event of my death. As a result of that, I created a workbook by the name of “All They’ll Need to Know”, and in talking to groups around the country about the benefits of recording the information you want your family to know, my desire to help others became a full blown passion.
So 20 years later, here I am. I am so excited about the opportunity to share some ways to prepare in every way – whether it be financial, personal, physical or spiritual.
